Jim Spears, Ranger Captain
Jim Spears is President of the Ohio River Rangers. He has been a
SASS member since 1998 and NRA Life member since 1974. His alias
was the real life alias of a lawman his grandfather knew in
Coffeyville, KS.

Luck
Hatcher, Ranger Lt.
Luck Hatcher came to CAS a little later than the other officers, but
when he hit, he hit hard. Luck was Territorial Governor for the
Rangers from 1999 to 2005. An NRA as well as SASS Life Member his
wife, Shadow Wildcat, is also a SASS Life Member and active shooter.

Metropolis, Ranger Quartermaster
Metropolis is one of the founding members of the original Ohio River
Rangers in Metropolis, IL. He was one of the members responsible
for bringing the Rangers to Paducah, KY when they lost their range
in IL. A very active member at the range and behind the scenes
Metropolis is one of the keys to the success of the Rangers at
Paducah.
Wild Sam, Territorial Governor
Elected Territorial Governor
in 2005Wild Sam is an avid fan of the old west. He has been with
the Rangers for several years and was finally persuaded to take an
office, and an important one at that!
